Let's Make Cake Pops

Ingredients:
Packet cake mix including icing
Block of white chocolate
Food colouring of your choice
Cake Pop Sticks / Lollipop sticks
Decoration of choice i.e. Edible Cachous, Hundreds & Thousands, Sprinkles etc
Eggs – refer to packet mix for measurements
Milk (or milk alternative) – refer to packet mix for measurements
Butter – refer to packet mix for measurements
Method:
- Make packet mix cake from your local supermarket.
- Bake in oven for required cook time.
- Make packet mix icing.
- Crumble baked cake into a bowl with the icing mixture. Mix well.
Roll into small balls with clean hands.
Make sure there’s a parent or guardian assisting with these steps:
Slide the sticks into the centre of the cake balls.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl (add desired food colouring)
- Carefully dip the cake balls on the stick all the way into the melted white chocolate so it covers the entire ball.
- Set aside on a plate to cool and set.
- Decorate with desired toppings.
